Greetings All!
I recently purchased a pop top from a person in Chico, California for shipment to Atlanta, GA. When the pallet arrived, some of the critical promised parts were absent. The seller ghosted me, and all appeals to the seller have been ignored. Can anyone propose any recourse, or am I screwed? Thanks for any suggestions or wisdom.

What are you missing? I’m looking to get rid of a couple parts. Namely the metal trim that holds the canvas to tue body, and the upper bunk ply wood parts. You can have them if you’re missing those parts _________________ 77 Westy - Cape Cod Sage

you really have no recourse, unless you paid with a credit card that has buyers protection.
your details are sketchy at best, but is there as possibility stuff was shipped in 2 packages and one is lost/lagging behind?
Best you can do is leave feedback here for the seller. _________________

| I treat buying through the classified here the same as I do buying through ebay and many other on line sources. I don't buy much that is big and expensive and expect to take an occasional loss on the smaller stuff. |

You should start by contacting the shipper to identify what was picked up and compared against what was delivered. The parts could have been lost by the shipping company. I had a pallet shipment once that was delivered to someone else and I never received it. The shipping companies don't care as it is part of business. _________________ www.vwnos.com [email protected]

The poster goes by ghiaguy4ever and is named James Gaebe. He did not include the “Formica” headliner panels with light fixture that were part of the ad for the Small Riviera pop top. Dealing with him was very difficult and he knows what he did. |

samba has been 100% a far as I can recall, with everything.
But it is 2023. Rough time to even take a (city) bus. If you don't like fenny fumes. Or urine streaming back & forth on the floor as the bus makes it stops. |

word to the wise on buying anything out of Magalia or Paradise. That was the site of the huge Camp Fire in 2018. There were thousands of melted cars up there in that fire. That said. It is too far for me to drive, or I would make the drive for you to see if I could help any.
