I've read through the hazard switch threads but didn't find an answer. I initially had only the left side lights blinking but rocked the switch back and forth many many times and all 4 lit up (thanks Mark D.)
Now my problem is that when the hazard lights are blinking with the key off, the turn signal indicator on the dash doesn't blink. It does blink with the turn signals, and the hazards blink if the key is on. I checked across terminals 15 & 49 and am getting 12V with the key on.
Caveat. I have the Gowesty instrument pcb kit on. I checked at the connection and the multimeter jumps along with the flasher relay on the connection for the signal indicator, but I get no light.
I want that light to blink with my hazards!
All help appreciated. _________________ Leo in San Juan Capistrano

That led only gets the power to light up when the key is on.
That's how it works.
Most people probably don't realize it but that led blinks opposite to the outside bulbs.
When you flip the turn lever to signal a turn the dash led lights up immediately but the actual outside signal bulbs are delayed.
When the outside bulbs finally turn on the dash led turns off.
This goes back and forth, never on at the same time.
(The implication of this is that it isn't the outside bulbs being on that lights the dash led)
