Hi, maybe I'm over looking it somewhere on this site but I'm looking for schematic for this 1975 Safare Custom camper with all the extra wiring for the camping stuff if anyone has one? Thanks!

Right below the 73/74 you'll find 74/75, and later models too. Wiring didn't really change after 73 except for the addition of FI, and none of that integrates with the basic bus wiring. https://www.thesamba.com/vw/archives/info/wiringt2.php
