Why not just buy new heads? If you are talking about ripping out seats and things... might as well go new.
IM sure any automachine shop can grind your valves and seats. |

| They are older 113 101 373 1200cc heads on a 40HP block. Currently with 83mm Big bore cylinders. I looked around and there aren't any I could find except a few rebuilt ones on here for $700 +, so I was trying to find a shop that may get these back in shape without the high price. I found when I bought the project, water was allowed to get into one side of the engine through the intake manifold. It sat there long enough that it created pitting on the valves and seats. Otherwise the heads appear to be in decent shape. |

I will 100% guarantee you that it'll be the cheapest option to ship these heads to a VW specialist machine shop to have them done by people that do VW heads every day. _________________ www.LoCashRacing.org

Another option for your though don't know if they are near you or not. However, they know their stuff, Mr Hoffman is nice on the phone and their service has a national reputation.
