Anyone found a way to hang an acoustic guitar up against the ceiling or against one of the rear most side windows? Just needs it to be out of the way when camping and easy to access when I want to play a bit.

The Fender, Shirley.
Iβm musically challenged but I do believe you also need to give it a fair trial. _________________ πΊπΈ πΊπΈ πΊπΈ πΊπΈ πΊπΈ πΊπΈ πΊπΈ π π π |

Just went out with guitar in hand to see what might work,.....Had a brainstorm that an overhead gear net might work, but it looks like it would limit headroom too much AND would likely push various items up against the already fragile headliner,.....so have decided I need to either hang it somehow on the window behind the driver or stand it vertically on the floor and somehow lash it to the deployed table.,.....or keeping it simple, put the guitar in a gig bag and toss it behind the back seat,....which would require moving it every time I convert the back seat to a bed and then reverse that in the morning,....possibly the best solution. |

Maybe about 3- 6 inch thick foam to table then bungy cords to secure it ? _________________ πΊπΈ πΊπΈ πΊπΈ πΊπΈ πΊπΈ πΊπΈ πΊπΈ π π π |

May I suggest a guitalele? They are fun, inexpensive, easier to store and you won't be as sad when it gets beat up while camping. It is a good excuse to buy another guitar, too. Mine is standard tuned (E) and the buzz is tolerable. My only regret is it was made in China. Cheap strings, but solid for 60$ shipped. Cheers!

Nice solution! I ended up buying a Martin backpacker. |
