Hello, I'm a VW newb, so please be kind
My 71 SC has a lot of patchwork and mods (and neglect) from PO. First thing that jumped at me were some loose filter fan hoses and one hose not terminated anywhere. There is a smaller hose from fan shroud to another "exchange". I dont know what it is, need someone to enlighten me onnits name and use. From this exchanger, there is another hose - and this hose has no termination. Just laying in the engine bay.
Im sure someone has the answer. Including a few pics for clarity. Thanks in advance!

Topic title should be edited, there is no "cooler" involved. _________________ '67 bug: seized by the authorities
