Heya,
i am currently in process of manufacturing a custom poptop, so, does anybody has any CAD files, blueprints or measurements for any of the poptop elements - hinges, mechanisms, the whole fiber roof perhaps..?  Anything would help, as i've only seen, aside from internet pictures, the poptop roof on a bypassing vanagon on the road.. 
I have a clear picture on how everything works and looks, i would just need the numbers for everything so i could do it as close to original as i could (with few luxury mods, naturally)

This is what I used. The skinny pieces were made to be put on a piece of 1.25 flat stock and I would center punch where the holes needed to be then drill the holes and round the ends. In making these, I just copied the dimensions of the Westy hinges and changed the mounting pieces to work with my roofs. The wider pieces where made to be set on a piece of 2" angle iron steel. Hope this helps
