Sharing 3D printing files

Is it possible to add a feature that would allow users to upload and share 3D printer files of various items that we have come up with over the years? A lot of people have access to 3D printers these days and you can make a lot of very useful stuff, including replacement parts that aren't available.

I did a search first to see if this topic had been covered before, but didn't find anything. My apologies if it has already been discussed.

I don't allow uploads of random stuff for security reasons but I can totally make a section on the site for it and anyone can email me files to include there.
