I want to buy an original gas jar to complete my Jusdon motor project. I have been in contact with a seller here on the thesamba for almost a month, but have yet to get a response indicating they have any for sale. https://www.thesamba.com/vw/classifieds/detail.php?id=599025
The seller also goes by the business name of Split Parts Unlimited.
Has anyone purchased from this seller? Is this a legit company? I am not suggesting any wrong-doing, I just want confirmation of legitimacy, before I send $100+ overseas for a glass jar.
Thanks in advance.
PS: If you have an original jar for sale, I am interested in purchasing. _________________ CURRENTLY own:

You'll not find a better feedback thread on the Samba. Ricardo's reputation for quantity reproductions is unsurpassed.
Try him again, he is the only person likely to supply you with a correct Marvel jar. |
John - Thanks for your reassuring words. I will continue to pursue him.
It’s after midnight here in Central Pennsylvania but I just finished mounting my Juston. I have several things to tidy up and well as needing to get the Marvel oiler mounted appropriately on my engine test stand. Hopefully I’ll have it purring very soon.

I have reached out to him multiple times since posting this… No luck. I would really like to purchase the correct glass jar. _________________ CURRENTLY own:
