Eagle 072 Stud kit - Where to find?

Hi Folks -
I was gifted a set of Eagle 072 (Empi 5 spoke copy) Polished wheels for my 54 Beetle. I need a stud / nut kit for these wheels

Interestingly, the hole on the wheel appears to be 17mm diameter. The threaded bolt that goes into the drum I *believe* is 12mm if I recall right.

Where do I find studs for these wheels?
