Can anyone identify who made this rack and if it's made for a split or bay window bus? I just acquired this rack from a friend who thought it would fit my bus.

universal rack that is meant to fit many cars. not bus specific.
for bus specific racks, the driprail width is the same on split and bay buses. Most racks except full length racks will fit either one. Full length racks are model specific because the front part of the driprail on split buses gets a bit narrower.
