Barn door 1950 panel bus

We have in our hands a BD 1950 panel bud with vin no 07135.
We are looking for the dash metal panel that holds the
Speedometer gauges and also we are looking for the
Gauges . Can anyone help please??
Also? Can we apply for the birth certificate?!
