| Just went to research a buggy and found the site now links to a midwest VW group. Sad, that was a good resource. |

| Ya, I saw that a couple of weeks ago luckily I had saved a bunch of my posts on there years ago. It had been pretty much a dead site except for people trying to ID buggies for a few years, so I'm not surprised that the guys quit supporting it. We used to have a lot of fun on that forum, a few of us even called each other and talked on a regular basis. Sad to see it go. |

Maybe we'all ought to chip in and send them $$$. They identified my Dolphin Industries (Pompano Beach, FL) Mod-T boat-tail full length body buggy. I was first to post the unknown buggy there and it was ID with several other owners posting same cars. I know of maybe 5 in US. There is one locally on Facebook for $500 (no chassis - just body - tempted!)

The Domain name for the Dune Buggy Archives was hijacked shortly after we moved things off the private server that had housed it for about 20 years.
We have a recovery copy of the site and have secured the Domain.
We have a temp page posted currently and hope to be working with
a new developer to make things amazing in the near future.
You can also reach out through Facebook for Dune Buggy ID posts.
Thanks to all,
John Shepard

Hope you can bring it back.... I believed it crashed some time back and never recovered really well and lay stagnant for so long...... IT was really worth the effort to give it new life..... _________________ “Fear The Government That Wants To Take Your Guns"

My day (YEAR!!!) just got so much better!!!! Thank you for all the hard work you guys do!!
Any chance I (we) can support DBA by purchasing merch like stickers or T shirts? I would do that today if possible. _________________ www.LoCashRacing.org
