How long are the german wiper blades?

What is the length of the wiper blades in inches? The ones on my bus are 9 3/4" and they seem short.

Also, the pivot on the blade is not in the center. Does the longer section go up or down?

The ones on your bus are 'bug blades'. The correct length for a bus are 270mm or about 10 5/8".

I have an NOS in the pack Bosch pair of wiper arms and it reads 10” 245 mm type 2 - 7/64.

Get more confusing.
