I've gotten a P0455 Code. It's a recurring problem, every 200-300mi, with no noticeable engine problems or fuel economy change / issues.
What I've done so far...
1. Replaced Fuel Cap
2. Visual Check for leaks in hoses...nothing
3. Replaced Purge Valve
What do y'all this I should do next?
A. Smoke EVAP system???
B. ???
Added note: When I refuel I notice the gauge on dashboard read full at about 3/4 full. Then I have continued to add fuel with no automatic stoppage for another 5 gallons.
Do y'all think this is a related issue?
Is this a faulty fuel pressure sensor?
Would this issue trip a P0455 fault code?
Thank you for any suggestions or advice in advance.

Following as I have the same issue and cannot pass emissions currently.
I've tried
1. Replaced the fuel cap
2. Replaced Vapor Canister Vent Solenoid
3. Replaced Evap canister shutoff valve
Attempting to find a new mechanic to tackle this as the above work has cost a little over a grand in parts and labor without a positive result.
Any ideas? Fuel economy is way low(I think I am 12mpg on the highway right now) and no fuel smell from the cabin. The automatic shutoff on the gas pump while filling my tank clicks every time. |

You likely do have a leak somewhere. You need someone with smoke testing equipment that can pressurize the tank with smoke and see where it comes out.
If it's not a leak, possibly it's the leak detection pump itself. |

What years are your Eurovans? The EVAP system is different across the model years. _________________ 2000 Eurovan Camper (Winnebago)

@roninStorm says "no noticeable engine problems or fuel economy change / issues."
vs.
@beConscious says "Fuel economy is way low(I think I am 12mpg on the highway right now"
I suspect you have different issues.
for @beConscious: I had something similar, a major hose fell off. I had this happen to me here: https://xochi.com/evc/vacuum-hose/ _________________ 2000 Eurovan Camper (Winnebago)
