Factory supplier paint code chips found in house.

I am cleaning out a house and am finding paint chips from the 1970s and 80s. The previous homeowner worked for VW of North America. There are Porsche Audi and VW car colors in dupont sleeves and a few in duplicator sleeves. Is there any collector value to these? They are 3 by 6 inch painted on steel sheet with the factory and supplier specs on the back.

Yes, there is some value although I'm not sure of the value.

I've seen people selling Paint Chips and Paint samples, both original VW and from the paint manufacturers, on eBay and this site in the past.

Those sound like spray out cards from VW more than a chip book. Could be worth something.
