Does anyone know what/where I can get the small piece of trim that goes at the top of the pillar in between the doors? It kinda looks like neoprene foam tubing, not the rubber trim strip that presses on the sheet metal pinch weld edges. Ours is split and I want to replace it. I have the German Motor Works parts manual but I don't see it. Is it glued on?

A picture would be helpful.
But I bet Thingparts.com could help you.

I think that the part you are looking for is
https://thethingshop.net/product/beading-body-front-to-rear/
When I did mine I seem to recall a long piece of trim from the "A" pillar to the back door
Good luck
Bill

Ah! You know what. I had seen that seal but dismissed it as it looked like the body edging I didn't need. But now that I look at it, I can see the neoprene pieces are part of the assembly! I guess you can't buy it separately?

That isnt the same piece. it is a neoprene-ish u shaped rubber piece and im not sure anyone is remaking it. I bought one used from Mike Basso here at www.thingparts.com
if you look closely here you will see it. https://www.thingparts.com/seat-belt-hook-ss-set/

The foam seal is part of the pinch welt, glued to it. It's not a separate part.
