"RESTOJOHNNY" is his Samba Seller Name, Which is the Name That Everybody Knows Him By, and That Name Fits Him Perfectly. When I First Talked to Him on the Telephone, I Asked Him, "Where Do You Get Your Parts From", and he told me that he Buys a Lot of VW Parts Lots.

Yup, I Been Making Some Friends From Buying My Parts for my 1956 VW Bug and They All Know "RESTOJOHNNY" Because He Came to Their Place and Bought Their Entire Oval and Good Parts.

Because "RESTOJOHNNY" has been Around Forever, Somebody Like Him Will Come Across Parts That is Hard to Find. Like My Select-A-Drop Kit That I Welded to my 1968 VW Bug Front Ball Joint Axle Back in 1978 and I Just Couldn't Find It in Hawaii and on The Samba.

But "RESTOJOHNNY" had the 2 "U" Shaped Pieces with the 2 Big Bolts & Nuts and the Long Bolt & Nuts That Attaches to the 2 Big Bolts. The 2 Square Pieces for the Front Axle Top Beam Were Missing But It Can Be Fabricated at a Welding Shop.

He Stated That it was in a Clear Package That Came With a Bunch of Other Parts That He Bought.

He Accepted my USPS Money Order and Then The Select-A-Drop Kit Came in. I was Very Satisfied With This Hard to Find Part.

Right Now, Me and "RESTOJOHNNY" is Talking Deals About Mounting a Rare Gabel Reverse Light Housing That He is Currently Selling on The Samba That will be Mounted on a 1964 VW Bug Rear Hood for my 1956 VW Bug Because I Cannot Find a Complete "W" Hood and I Like the Unusual Look of this Gabel Part.
