There is very little info on this, so I'm just guessing it is a Happich brand coat hook.
None of us had ever seen one, so while sorting through parts I let it go to a friend.. but once he realized what it was he sent it back to me.
Here it is after test fitting in my 55

It had a ton of scratches and rash from being ground into the dirt floor, so I gave it a quick polish

from a look around the samba it's missing the grey rubber strip along the top of the arm which is where the value would be Laughing

funny that the rubber is missing in the brochure picture also Rolling Eyes
But I did look further in to the galleries and see some that had the strip. Missed them the first time around....

interestingly it looks like any common trim insert strip, I can probably find something appropriate at the bone yard, maybe even weathered to match
