What holds the gas pedal to the accelerator rod? I assume it is a spring of some kind but mine is missing. 1960 single cab...

With the nine digit part number in your hands, you can do WWW searches for parts you need. Just put a VW before the part number to rid your search of random numbers online. Like this "VW XXXXXXXXX" or "VW XXX-XXX-XXX".
