I'm finally finishing up the restoration on a dual set of 32 pbic carburetors, wondering if anybody has some information on how to properly set the float level and what the measurement number is, much appreciated!

.

19mm from the top mating surface of the carb body to the flat surface of the petrol/fuel/gasoline, otherwise known as the meniscus.

How to properly set the fuel level - increase/decrease the thickness of the gasket to the float needle valve, or by adding/subtracting gaskets. The float toggle lever can be bent to adjust for the level of fuel as well. Pre fuel level check prep - atypical Solex protocol.
