hi again folks so i got a new aftermarket carb the car runs good with it but the choke body stays very hot and im not sure if thats normal any info is appreciated

The electric choke has a heating element inside. I would expect it to be warm. Maybe check the current to it and verify it isn't extreme for the circuit or wire size
