Gene Berg Oil pump covers

Can you tell me what period this is from ? Had 239 stamped on it, cast numbers 112-8 , and the Gene Berg name engraved on it. Haven’t seen one just like this before. Help please, thank you .

That looks like the pressure relief cover, check to see if there's a spring and ball under the Allen head cap screw. Pretty sure they're still available

Thank you for responding, yes it for a full flow system with adjustment. The only ones I have ever seen do not have the casting number and the stamped numbers on them. Just the Gene Berg , name. Hoping to get an age for this one , my guess an early batch perhaps .
