Fantastic Speedometer Rebuild Video

My original speedometer died. It screamed and howled until the very end. I bought a used Speedo from here with the intent of taking it apart, cleaning and adding fresh grease. Also to reset the odometer (850mi) since my car is now 100% rebuilt. Only 850mi on the engine. Zero miles on the new trans.

After watching many videos on this project, this was the most detailed and informative. Plus he walks through the process of adding an LED strip inside for a great lighting upgrade.

I just finished my speedo rebuild and didn’t mess anything up! Thanks to this guy’s help. I also did the LED trick.

For anyone else who’s intimidated by the task. It’s not that bad. It just requires patience.
