Vanagon Ej22 Fast Forward Speedpuls vss install

Could someone please show me where wires go on 1991 ej22 Speedometer mount Fast Forward Auto vss need to go. My new to me ej22 has code 33 stored and stalls often when rolling to a stop. Thanks Rich

There are 3 wires- power in when key on(red), ground(black) and vss signal to the ecu(white).
