Big "W" on the side in the fuzzy pics means Weber. My 34ICTs are in a tote in storage but that would be my guess.
The interesting part for me is the cast iron manifolds.

| Thanks for the response. Yeah maybe thats what was tripping up my research I think because I was trying to find pictures of carbs that look the same to base what these are off of, but the manifolds and throttle bodies looked weird compared to the google pictures. How vintage do you think this type of set up is? |

Definitely NOT 34 ICTs... ICTs have 2 markings which are immediately identifiable: The fuel inlet at the back of the carb/towards front of the car have a "3-finger" (or possibly 4) casting, of which only 1 is fitted with the brass pipe inlet based on the vehicle application (Root Werks gallery).
The other is a narrow, flat corner on the carb lower body to the right of, and above the throttle lever that is approx. 3/8" wide and goes up nearly the entire height of the carb lower body (73 Racey gallery).
Yours is a lesser-known Brazilian-market 34 with a different letter designation. I've seen them in the past a few times, and were in another recent "what is it" inquiry thread. Here's another set like yours, (APPLEGREENVW gallery), labeled "Weber 228" originally sold by Claude's Buggies (now CB Performance). Full designation was DFV228.

Years ago a colleague at work had a 1776 cc built for one of his ACVWs, using 34ICTs. He fitted similar original oil bath air cleaners. This shows how those could look on your carbs if you derust and paint them.

Like I said my ICTs all three sets are stashed in a tote.
I got the Weber part right.
