My brother and I installed a new clutch with release bearing in a 1971 type3. During the first drive we heared a spinning sound of a couple of seconds each time switching gear. Its like the bearing spins fast and slowing down.

Today we checked the bearing and it spins not as free as the old one, you can see it on this video:

Should the new bearing spin as loose as the old one?

I have 2 sitting in my shop, one brand new one lightly used, they spin pretty freely but stop atter a handful of rotations.
