one side is hight than other...wtf?

i just put 4 new balljoints on and i put it all back together and the drivers side sits about 3/4" to and inch higher than the pass. side.....wtf? i have played around with the adjusters, but it still does the same thing. what could it be?

Maybe its time that some 1 goes on a diet.. Was the driver side the last side to be jack up with the jack? This happens to my bug all the time when I raise it..takes about a couple of bumps to settel down to original height.That might help?
