Drilling for full-flow

Have any of you drilled your 1600cc engine for full-flow yourself? I'd be interested how you did it. What steps you took. What size drill bit you used. How you threaded the hole, etc. Any other hints, suggestions or thoughts on the matter would be welcome also. Thanks, Vic

Gene Berg has it all. Go to the site and look for the full-flow stuff. The sell their kit complete, which comes with the drill bit/threader, and instructions. Isn't hard. Good luck

If you have a dual relief case AirCooled.net sells a neat adapter that you simply attach to where the rear relief plug fits to return the oil. Just add their adapter and a full flow pump and you're done. Its all bolt on!
