What might cause the oil pressure to drop below 10 psi at idle when the engine is warmed up or "really warm"? Is that a concern? Is there a solution? Thanks. My 1915 / 135 hp with 4-5k mile motor does just that. I'm running Valvalene synthetic.

| Sounds like normal to me although you may be running oil that is too thin. What visocsity oil? Is the viscosity within the receommended range from VW? |
