Door Problem..Ez Fix?

Hey,Thanks For The Time..

I have a 65 Bug http://www.sounddomain.com/id/troy_audio
The Problem
Drivers Side
The door hangs low this makes it hit the door hit the bottom of the (Door Seal?)
it has been this way for along time as you can see ware marks on the body (No paint)

Passanger Door
This Door has a hard time opening..
moves very slow not like the other door that can swing in the wind.
also has same problem..
any eazy fix to try ..
if not whats it cost to get it fixed what could the problems be?

A buddy told me to put a 2x4 in the dorjam and push onit ...said it would push it up into place...

??? BS ??? what do you think if you had this proble what would you do?

A better solution is to purchase oversize hinge pins and a matching reamer and fix the hinge.
