Hi Gmbus,
Yes! Reach under and carefully and feel for the three dash lights in a row. Pull the middle one out and move it out to a point you can see it and use your other hand to remove and replace the bulb. Then reach it back into place feeling your way and slide it back in.

huh?
to replace the bullet turn signal bulb, you have to take the outer housing and lens off to get at the bulb. you cannot access the bulb for the bullet turn signal from inside the bus, only the wire and the securing nut for the assembly.
i find it easier to remove the entire housing assembly (remove wire from back, undo the 24mm nut) and disassemble the entire unit off the vehicle. the 2 small screws that hold the cover to the bulb holder are often difficult to remove or break, so be careful.
it's easier for me to remove the whole housing because it can be difficult to get the housing and lens to seat well against the body when trying to reinstall, and doing it as a whole unit works easier.
this whole procedure is displayed in an owner's manual, and maybe even the Bentley service manual.

Thats what I figured, I'll see what tools I have to try to get at that 24mm nut.

Thanks for the bonus info on the dash bulb change. Im sure I'll have to do that at some point too. Smile

Yes, the easiest way to do it is to completly remove the housing. Getting at the 24mm nut is not that bad. Try not to drop it. Its a pain in the arse to get from behind the nose reinforcing. Believe me i've done it.
