| How soon can I get a banner running? |
| Once we have your banner (which meets
our specifications) and your payment, we can start your banner the
same day. |

| Can I target my header banner towards specific
areas of the site? |
| No, Header banners rotate site-wide.
However, featured ads are
often extremely effective and can be placed in specific Classifieds
categories. We do have targeted footer banner locations available,
inquire for details. |

| Would featured ads or a banner work better for
my business? |
| It depends. Banner ads are excellent for
branding and getting potential customers to your website while
featured ads are effective at highlighting new items, sales, or
targeting specific customers. Many advertisers take advantage
of both. |

| What do you need to create a banner
and how much does it cost? |
| We work with you to design a banner
that matches your website. We would rather you specify color
scheme, fonts, text, and pictures so you are happy with the finished
banner. Our banner design fee is $25. VW show or event
banners are not subject to this fee. |

| How does the invoicing work? |
| We mail out a written invoice 30 days
before your banner payment is due. We invoice in 3-month
minimums but we can send an invoice for 6 or 12 month increments.
We do not mail 2nd notice reminder invoices or late notices.
If payment has not been received by your banner's expiration date,
the banner automatically stops displaying. |

| How do PayPal subscriptions work? |
| A PayPal Subscription allows you to set
up automatic scheduled payment to TheSamba.com for your banner ad.
You would be billed on the same day every month. After
agreeing to the payment terms, you may manage your subscription,
including changing the payment funding source and cancelling the
subscription from your PayPal account. |

| Can I cancel my PayPal subscription? |
| Yes, you can cancel your subscription
from your transaction history at PayPal.com. A subscription
can be cancelled up until the day of the next scheduled payment.
The help menu on PayPal.com can walk you through this process. |

| What if there is a problem with my subscription payment? |
| TheSamba.com enables automatic
reattempts if your subscription fails. You will be notified by
PayPal via email of the reason your payment failed and given a
chance to fix the problem before the next attempted payment.
Often, subscriptions fail because your credit card information has
expired. |

| Why are there Google banners on
TheSamba.com? |
| Google AdSense banners provide
contextually related links that would be of interest to TheSamba.com
members. |

| Do the Google banners take space
from VW related advertisers? |
| No, Google banners do not take away from available VW advertiser
space. Each VW banner is set to display a specific number of impressions per day. When the amount of page views exceeds this, a
Google banner appears. |

| Why don't you have other banner
formats available? |
| TheSamba.com will never have pop-ups,
pop-unders, interstitials, overlays, or ads
hidden within content. We consider those intrusive and
obnoxious. |
