Filmed in the San Francisco, California area.
1. Red late Squareback on bridge.
2. Green '72 Camper (appears to have large taillamps) on bridge.
3. White Ghia Coupe with luggage rack, foreground. Main character Mike Locken (James Caan) on early morning jog on left sidewalk.
4. Silver 411 Wagon as Locken passes by.
5. Red '71/'72 Camper under the highway, with Mac (Burt Young) driving his taxi.
6. Early '60's white Beetle parked at right, with possible early '60's Ghia Coupe parked at left.
7. Blue 412 Wagon parked, with Locken getting out of Mac's cab.
8. Red late Squareback parked, seen thru Mac's taxi windshield.
9. Blue '70/'71 Ghia Cabrio parked, with Mac's taxi rushing behind it. This is a much better quality shot than the one I posted a few years ago.
10. Front of a parked blue '67 Fastback seen behind Jerome Miller (Bo Hopkins). Fraction of second later you can see the sloping roof so that it's not a Squareback.
11. Front of a Ravenna Green 1974 Love Bug special edition behind Miller.
12. White '72 Beetle behind Mac in his taxi.
13. Beige late Type 3 in background, with George Hansen (middle; Robert Duvall) and Locken.
