so I have new seals for the doors and hatches on my 1970 type 3 and I was thinking, what do you people people suggest I use as a adhesive for the new seals?

Either black or yellow gorilla snot, aka 3M weatherstrip adhesive. Both work very well, and the black kinda blends in with the seal.
