I have a 23 window original pearl white restoration .
Finding it very hard even impossible to find any pictures of other 23 one colour pearls ????
Anybody got any ???

I have never heard of any single color deluxes other than the few Lotus White 65-67 deluxes. Was yours originally one color?

Thanks fellas for all the pics and comments was really hoping for a pic of an actual 23 pearl on the road SK 618A but the search will have to continue Very Happy

Here is a 1960 that came out of tulsa area. It has cargo door wedges just like the one on the vw post card. I'd like to know where the pic was taken of the one on the post card.

The one I posted is an all pearl white 1960 deluxe 23 window. It has on respray on top but you can see the pearl white coming thru the respray.

Here is the bus belonging to stephen moffat.

There is a 60 or 61 23 in So Cal
A 60-62 23 in Nor Cal
A late 63 in Arizona......Double door no less Cool

All the above are og pearl white.

Beyond the above examples there is a all fire engine 23 in europe as well.

Empi GT what happen to the bus you posted? Where is it now?

I owned the one above for over 15 years then sold it, I'm working on getting it back now, so no word on it's where abouts just yet. Wink
