My son and I currently have a 2.1 on a HF engine stand. Sorry these photos are not the best. We were able to get it on there with some additional nuts/bolts. It is connected at the 2 top holes and the bottom 2 long studs. However, if it looks like we've got something sketchy going on, I'd happily take the feedback.

That's as good as the HF stand gets. I don't think it will damage the engine, but it's not convenient for working on the flywheel etc.

If I do it again, I'll get the EMPI stand.
