Which part?

Do you mean the two outer links that connect to the control arms or the two inner links that connect the sway bar to the chassis?

As with all other parts on this car...these are problematic to replace if yours are missing but not a big deal if you can get away with used or fabricate new .

These are part # 25 (outer links) and part #28 (rubber bushing for inner links)

Part #25- outer links: 411 411 031 (left) and 411 411 032 (right)

Notice that there is also an 031A and a 032A. I am going off memory but I beleive the only difference is that the early cars had a small diameter front sway bar.

Part #28- inner link rubber bushing : 411 411 045 and 411 411 045A...again, diameter difference.

So, the problematic part is that the inner bushing is kind of thin wall. There are plenty of sites that make a wide range of these "dumbell" shaped bushings in standard rubber and urethane that we can probably size up or sand to fit.

The bigger problem is that once you remove that two point steel clamp on each side of the inner link bushing to detach the sway bar from the chassis....you notice that there is an identical rubber bushing in the yoke that attches it to the chassis....that is crimped in and non-removable.

You can do two things with that one
1. Lightly grind off one end of the tube bushing in the center and tap the tube out to release the steel center bushing and the outer rubber bushing. Then replace the steel bushing with a bolt or clevis pin and a new rubber bushing. I will be doing this to mine.

2. Or...take a box knife, slash the rubber busing and pull it off the tube. When you find a new rubber bushing of the right size, slice it on one side and snap it around the steel tube bushing...done.

This company "may" be able to find you something that fits the center sway bar flanged bushings . If you furnish them the dimensions they can probably set you up.

The outer end link blocks, even when the rubber looks cracked on the ends...its typically fine on the inside. Unless you have a crack in the rubber that starts at the inner hole and runs through the whole block, its usually not an issue.
The worse issue is when the steel outer shell rusts apart or the steel mounting stud breaks off.

Fabbing something to replace these is pretty simple though. You make something similar to the rear end. A piece of steel tube or a steel block maybe 1.5" diameter. You press in a rubber "shock eye" of teh right ID...available all over online....and weld on or thread into the block...a grade 8 bolt to go through teh hole in the control arm with two washers, two rubber shock donuts and a nut...just like the rear sway bar.

If you get to that point, ask and I will sketch that last part out.

It took me a while to find this link in my archive but has plenty of answers for front and rear anti-sway bar outer links.
