Working on swapping out the steering box on my 62' today. New tie rods and stabilizer are already installed and I regreased the front axles, they took a lot more grease than I expected. Good thing there was a video out there that showed how to do it. Now it's time to swap the mounting bolts and put it back together. Wish me luck!

Good luck...

This is an easy job. Just make sure that the cutout in the side of the clamp marked '14' engages the lug on the axle tube. The cutout marked '13' is for Beetles, which use the same steering box but have it positioned at a slightly different angle.
