| Help flashers are going way to fast. No led's emergency flashers are the right speed. Blinkers are going nuts, new harness new bulbs all the grounds are good. Any suggestions? |

| Try another flasher, preferably a different brand. |

Usually they blink fast if a bulb is blown.
Is it both sides or one side?
You could meter the individual bulb circuits to see if they have the same resistance values. The flasher relay runs everything so it’s puzzling why emergency flashing is regular but turn signals are not.
Could be something in the turn signal switch. _________________ Volkswagen!

You gotta love a car that allows this sort of repair! I do the same for the 70 Bug. And every once in a while, when something has stopped working, like the headlight on the right side, I roll the fuse! _________________ Jimbo

Yes, one of the joys of watching the original Star Trek is that when their communicators fail, they tap it. I like that even in the 23rd century, the universal fix is to bang on it! _________________ Current Fleet:

Well I rolled my fuses didn't do the trick. So I went back to a four-prong flasher, I'll try that on Friday.
Thanks everyone I appreciate it. |

When it comes to ensuring contact in the fuses and lights I use my handy-dandy dremel tool with a wire brush. I just took out all the fuses one by one and polished the fuse ends and the connectors they fit into. The little wheel just fits inside most light sockets to clean up corrosion on the sides of the sockets and another, smaller brush polishes the contact in the bottom. It also works like a charm on spade connectors. _________________ I'd be perfect if I wasn't so humble
