Dropped Spindles

Hello, i just bought a Ghia from 1970 and i want to drop it in the front with dropped spindles. Do i need to change wheel barings and ball joints or can i use the once that are on the car? It has disc brakes in the front.

No need to change balljoints, though worth checking them while you have it apart. If the dropped spindles are for discs, the bearings should be the same.
