We’re still at 3.69 in Warren,PA and there is a refinery right in town! I can go to Erie and it’s 3.09 and in Ohio 2.76.
Pennsylvania is a rip off state, even New York is cheaper and New York is traditionally more expensive than anyone.

Yesterday at Costco on Morena Blvd in San Diego, regular was $4.09 and premium was $4.49. And I read that a refinery in Northern California will be closing for several months for maintenance. Prices will be pushed upwards.

Lowest I've seen here (Thornton, CO) lately is $2.79.9 regular (85 octane).

Just got home from a 3K mile road trip from Idaho to Minnesota and back. Cheapest gas was in Western MN and through South Dakota, where it ranged between $2.89-$2.69. As I passed into central and Western MT, it began climbing, but never made it over $3.25 until I was within 45 miles of home.
$3.50 per gallon here, for no reason but greed.

$4.90 today at the cheap gas station for 91 octane in sunny california in San Jose Bay Area. up 20 cents from 2 weeks ago.
