I think aquifer has the right technique for resolving this. I think if presented to the bodyman in this manner his inclination will be to satisfy the customer and insure a good word will be spread about how he operates his business. It's worth a try and if it does not work move on, as it's just another small speed bump in life. I hope it works out for you-Bob
