I am installing a on-off-on rocker switch for my headlamps. I’m connecting the running lights to work on both sides of the switch. They are all leds. What diodes do I need to keep the current from bleeding back between the high/ low beams.

So the high beams and low beams go into the diode and the running lights are on the out of the diode. correct?

I always run relays and then diodes aren't necessary.

Yeah, me too plus if you're using higher power lights, the relays can handle the power with no problem. A good supplier of relays are audio supply houses. They carry waterproof heavy duty ones.
