It's a picture of a magazine or some printed medium that is not lying flat.

If that dude is the great-grandpa, I see why he modded his bus.

This looks like Encinitas or Leucadia California. The Charger isn't California plated.

I was wondering how tall he was too. He looks taller than the normal height Bus roof in the back... unless the photo is distorted because it's a photo of a photo
