Hi, I installed the heads on my 1500 and there is one bolt one the head 3+4 that does not have any extra threads showing after being torqued down. I first torqued them to 7 foot pounds and then 23 foot pounds. The head on 1+2 cyclinder’ s all show extra threads pass the nut after being torque down.

As some additional info, the case has case savers installed. When torquing down the nuts the studs did not turn. Can it be that when the case savers were installed this one stud was screwed in further than the others?

Looks fine.

Why is one stud shorter?
I don't know
Use a tape measure, use your eyes, figure it out if you care.

THo not very important, it's not causing a problem right?

Stud is shorter because it's turned in a couple turns more than the others.

If it's holding torque it's not a problem.
