Oddball Single Port Manifold Part Number - 113 129 701 M

I have a 113 129 701 M manifold and I want to put it on a 1600 single port stock engine I am building. I'm not at a point I can fit check it yet. I can't find this part anywhere in Google or Samba searches. Can anyone identify so I can get another on order if it will not work. Thanks to all the experts (first post/question on Samba - but I've been using it for a loooong time)

The numbers of the part number tell us it is an intake manifold (duh)

I have never found any info about what the letter at the end means.
(which might actually tell us what engine it fits)

the 1300 manifolds have smaller diameter tubes

I have one with an N after the part number and it has the large vacuum port below the carb flange which I believe was used on the early auto stick cars.
