Bought a set of NOS 90mm type 4 rings set, from Vanessa. Rings were as described. I asked for extra photos and it wasn't a issue. Parts were well packaged and arrived in good condition. Great seller, to buy parts from. Thanks for the 2 stickers also.

Best communication I’ve had with any seller here. Great friendly communication with her and was quick to provide a tracking number immediately after payment. All this for a 10 dollar item. I wish customer service was like this everywhere.

Just got the CIS tech manual in the mail today. Awesome book and packaged very well nicely protected. The VW bus stamp on the packaging was neato!

| I was traveling from PA to Idaho in my 85 Westy and my shifter lever ball broke on me near Osceola Iowa. Found Vanessa on VanAlert and she had the part I needed to get me back on the road. She overnight shipped the part within an hour or so of our phone conversation. Her mechanic also gave me some of his knowledge on what would be the quickest/easiest way to replace the part, while I sat in a restaurant parking lot. Can’t say enough about Vanessa and her team at Brown’s Auto!!! Thanks again for everything and if your ever in the Kansas City area look up Browns Auto!!! |
