This seller sold a van to another person after we had negotiated and agreed upon a price. A lot of time was spent on this process, including paying my mechanic to do a video call with the seller to go through the van, several phone calls and texts to him, and many other necessary arrangements to get to Santa Barbara from Oregon to pick up the van on October 8th, as agreed. I made an offer, he countered, I countered and he accepted. His text to my last offer reads "We can make that work! . . . on my bicycle until 1:00 . . . I'll be in touch after that." I didn't hear from him, so called a couple times and sent a couple text messages. This morning I received this text " . . . sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I'm sorry to tell you that I sold [to] van yesterday to a couple who came to look at it." Not cool dude. Beware of Seth Hatfield/Synchrozilla; the man lacks integrity. |
