Looking at my early bay parts manual, my 70 bus should have a horn with that part number. There is a thread discussing part 113B
https://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?t=786896&highlight=horn

But aside from fanfare horns I didn’t see much else in the gallery.

I gather the part number may be on the bracket, not the horn. Anyone have pics of the Bosch or Hella numbers on one? That would be a help when sorting through a pile of horns…

EDIT - I found one in the classifieds and bought it (tho I didn't need all the $$$ T3 bits). I'll post close up photos when it arrives, FWIW.

I DID find a few pics of 113L online; one old ad on thesamba, and a sold item at type3headquarter.de

This is a NOS replacement horn (12V) from the US market. We don't know how this one ended up in Europe, but here it is..
This nice part comes with its box - collectors item!
OEM-Nr: 311 951 113 L (the number is engraved on it!)

Only difference I see, is the mounting bracket. B is like all type 3’s with the bracket bolted in, and L looks riveted.

In the center of the horn? The L almost likes like a screw head under a big glob of paint, but either way that does seem to be the only difference visually.

I wonder if the tones are different.
